Overview:

Oval Estates acquired the building early 2016 and are progressively refurbishing each level of accommodation including access and WC cores. Five levels were refurbished in 2016, six floors are due to be refurbished in 2017. The provision of BCO cycle facilities at basement level is due to be instructed January 2017 as are the proposals to refurbish the reception and external hard surfacing.

• Concept and Detailed Tender Proposals to Refurbishment the Recception and External Areas.
