Overview

The project was tendered on basic information. Junctions between materials were not considered, although several general sections at 1:50 were issued as part of the tender and contract information.
The Contactor hired The Bush Consultancy Ltd to review the information and provide the architectural details required to construct the building.

Tasks

• Review contract information relating to construction details and lateral junctions and prepared a schedule of information required to enable the Contractor to progress with the works.

• Checked acoustic requirements and the performance of the various materials against contractual requirements.

• Produced a comprehensive package of construction details.
